Grand Prix weekend is always met with mixed feelings here in Montreal. For us, it’s always a pleasure to see thousands of people enjoying our city as much as we do. They were out trying our greatest restaurants, walking our beautiful streets and falling in love with our city – all because of this race.
This time, we got to experience this famous race thanks to Ferrari North America, and we shot it all on film.
On Sunday, we were invited to fête Ferrari’s annual presence in Montreal during the Grand Prix du Canada where the Ferrari Challenge was a support race to the Formula 1 race, a tradition that dates back to 1995. We witnessed high-profile Ferrari clients and Challenge drivers, such as actor Michael Fassbender, compete in the race.
Ferrari also unveiled the new 488 Pista – a first for Canada. The Ferrari 488 Pista marks a significant step forward from the previous special series in terms of both sporty dynamics and for the level of technological carry-over from racing. The name is, in fact, a direct homage to Ferrari’s unparalleled heritage in motor sports, one that continues this weekend in Montreal.
