McGill reports 10% drop in out-of-province Canadian applications

Moody's is reviewing the credit ratings of McGill University and Concordia University for a possible downgrade due to increasing financial constraints caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Both universities had already seen their credit ratings downgraded in 2020 by the agency.
