Saint-Henri’s Cordova captures the laid-back essence of the neighborhood. Opened in February 2018 by Anthony Benda, Aaron Polsky, and Elayne Teixeira-Millar, Cordova channels the spirit of Spain, offering authentic dishes like pan con tomate and marinated olives.
