Neighbouring the 180g café-record store hybrid, Ma Mère en Feu is an experiment in what a diner can be in Montreal. But at its heart are the sandwiches and burgers, like the Blue Angel Burger, which layers blue cheese decadence on a perfectly juicy patty, or the Nashville XXX Fried Chicken, fiery and indulgent.
