Brasserie 4 Origines has taken its roots in Montreal’s beer heritage and planted them firmly in the West Island with Origine Brass in Dorval. What began as a microbrewery in Griffintown has evolved into a destination for elevated pub fare and inventive beers. Helmed by chef Natasha Chugh, the kitchen defies typical brewery expectations with dishes like sesame-ginger beef tartare, jerk shrimp, and cauliflower tostadas.
