Bangluck, a Thai noodle shop in Montreal’s Plateau, brings a taste of tradition to the city’s culinary scene. Opened by Chitakone Phommavongxay (Chita) and Siriluksamee Rangthong (Nim), the duo behind Thammada and Pichai, this latest venture pays homage to the everyday cuisine of Thailand—specifically noodles, a staple of Thai dining.

Named after a bustling Bangkok neighborhood, Bangluck captures the essence of a classic noodle shop with its minimalist design, affordable dishes, and deeply rooted flavors. From noodle bowls and fried wontons to desserts and snacks, the menu reflects an uncompromising commitment to authenticity, with ingredients like chili jam and garlic oil made in-house.

By focusing on traditional cooking methods and ingredients imported from Thailand, Bangluck offers Montrealers a genuine slice of Thai culture.
