Established in 1993, Borderon et Fils is a family-run bakery that seamlessly combines traditional French baking with modern innovation. Known for their exceptional sourdough breads, buttery viennoiseries, and delicate pâtisseries, the bakery emphasizes quality, transparency, and local production. The son of the founder François Borderon has carried forward the artisanal expertise inherited from his father while driving the business towards self-sufficiency.
With four locations, including the Franky Johnny sandwich shop in Saint-Sauveur and their flagship on Cartier Avenue, Borderon et Fils uses flour from sustainable Quebec agriculture. Their commitment to controlling every ingredient in their production is exemplified by their in-house milling system, ensuring traceability and quality.
