In the historic presbytery of Saint-François, Fromagerie Ferme Audet offers an artisanal experience rooted in goat milk’s unique versatility. Known for their creamy goat milk ice cream—a first in Québec—the farm also produces an array of goat cheese, soaps, and skincare products. Each item is crafted on-site using milk from their herd.
Owners Martin Audet and Annabelle Bourget, both biologists, launched their venture in 2016, blending scientific expertise with a passion for goat milk. Their offerings began with natural skincare products in 2017, expanded to cheeses in 2018, and culminated in the opening of their on-farm fromagerie in 2021.
Again: Don’t miss a taste of that signature ice cream. Seriously.
