Isle de Garde, an exceptional microbrewery in Petite-Patrie, was founded in 2014 by a talented team of restaurateurs, chefs, and brewmasters. This expansive brewpub features 24 taps showcasing a diverse range of beers from across Québec, complemented by their own in-house creations. The beer selection spans from bright saisons to dark stouts, offering something for every palate. The casual yet lively decor, designed by the owners, seats 180 guests and includes a stunning summer terrace. Co-owner Marc-Aurèle and his team craft delightful pub fare, from gourmet burgers to grilled octopus. While the food is excellent, the rotating beer selection is the true star, however.
