Pinnacle Wagyu Deli is bringing full-throttle indulgence to Old Montreal, one stacked sandwich at a time. This counter spot doesn’t mess with subtlety—just high-grade Wagyu beef, seared, pulled, or smashed, and layered into ciabatta or brioche with all the fixings. The Pinnacle Cheesesteak nods to Philly, but with steakhouse swagger; the Cow-bano riffs on a Cubano with wagyu roast beef instead of pork. Even the vegetarian jackfruit sandwich pulls its weight.

Sides go hard too—truffle-parmesan fries, “animal style” everything—and the drink lineup swings from nostalgic (Brio, root beer) to fresh-pressed lemonades spiked with mango, basil, and mint. It’s open late, unapologetically messy, and already pulling in crowds.
