Tucked away in Stanbridge East, Vignoble de l’Ardennais is a testament to passion and perseverance. In 2016, Stéphanie Thibodeau and Pierre took on the ambitious project of revitalizing this vineyard, transforming it into a harmonious haven where pollinators, wildflowers, and vines coexist.
The star of their collection is Madame Jean, a sparkling rosé crafted in homage to Stéphanie’s Cadillac-driving, pivoine-growing grandmother—a bubbly tribute as spirited as its namesake. Beyond the wine, visitors can wander the picturesque grounds, sip near the tranquil pond, and admire the beautifully designed bottle labels, some illustrated by Stéphanie herself.
You can sample their wines on-site, which are both full-bodied and aromatic, capturing the essence of the Eastern Townships.
