Bar George, a blend of historic charm and modern elegance, opened in May 2017 in downtown Montreal. Located in the former manor of tycoon Sir George Stephen, this bar and restaurant offers a sophisticated experience with its stunning wood paneling, marble-topped bar, and rich décor. By day, it has a relaxed hotel bar atmosphere, transforming into a lively party spot on weekends. The cocktail menu, crafted with meticulous attention, complements a British-inspired menu with local influences, overseen by Executive Chef Anthony Walsh and chef Kevin Ramasawmy.
